Our estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks, whilst some of our products are stocked and ready to go, most of our products are made to order and will take time to craft.

Most of our products will typically be dispatched with 1-3 working days of your order being placed, unless your order is a custom request.

If you would like to place a custom order with us, please email us at info@bearsleather.com ahead of your purchase, so that we can provide you an accurate estimation of delivery.

Depending on your location, shipping and handling times can vary, so please take this into account when requesting refunds or exchanges. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Whilst we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we will notify you as soon as it arrives.
