Returns 

At Bear’s Leather, we stand behind every product produced, as we believe that every product should exceed your expectations.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and your satisfaction is our success.

We hope that this never happens, but if you're unhappy with one of our products please email us at info@bearsleather.com. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are always here to help. The original item must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was received, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Our return policy expires 14 days after receipt of goods. If 14 days have past since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

If your purchase does not reach your expectations or is not exactly what you were looking for, please read the terms for a qualified return and complete the Returns Form.

Returning Items for Refund or Exchange:

  • Send your items back to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping. You can use any carrier you wish, but please provide us with tracking details.
  • We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
  • Send your item back in your original packaging or alternative and equivalent packaging to ensure the products protection.
  • When shipping your product, we ask that you include the invoice or a copy of proof of purchase so that can quickly identify where it has come from.
  • We will process your exchange, refund, or store credit transfer within 5 business days of receiving your returned product.
  • Store credit transfers will be issued in the form of a gift card.

We do not accept returns on;

  • International Orders
  • Modified items that have been requested, such as a change in thread colour, WE CANNOT accept these for return or a refund, as it is NOT a product design we have displayed on our website and cannot be resold.  
  • Gift cards

Your refund will not include GST or shipping costs, you will only receive the amount paid for the product.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, we please ask that you send us photographs of the damaged product and packaging to help us determine if this occurred during transit. if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bearsleather.com and send your item to: Unit 16/4 Mandolng Road, Mosman, NSW, 2088, Australia

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
Due to variation in processing times of credit returns, pleas allow a minimum of 5 business day before contacting us about missing refunds. Make sure to double check with your bank or credit company, if you have already done this and still not received your refund please contact us at info@bearsleather.com

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
